Lal Bahadur Sastri "Second Prime Minsiter of India"

He promoted the White Revolution to increase the production and supply of milk also promoted Green Revolution in 1965 to increase the food grain production, especially in Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Early Life Shastri was born on 2 October 1904 in Mugalsarai, Uttar Pradesh in a kayastha Hindu family..
